The customer is a company owned by the public healthcare service of the province of Ontario, with around 500 employees. Its management was confronted with the special task of aligning numerous small and far apart organizational units with a common competency and culture model. Conventional ‘Management by walking’ was clearly not possible to do in this case.
HRDigital and its Canadian partner Verity International developed and implemented a competency model for our customer. Previous feedback cycles and analytical evaluation allow Verity to derive and realize precise development provisions right down to the individual employee, despite the great distances and remote locations of the customer. The cloud-based IT infrastructure of surround-view allows for the secure and hassle-free transmission of data to both mobile and stationary platforms so that the user can access the tool anywhere.
