BUILDING A COMMON CORPORATE CULTURE

The customer is a large IT provider with more than 5,000 employees in the financial industry. As a result of a recent merger, a common company culture needed to be established on all levels of the hierarchy. surround-view was selected as the feedback tool of choice through a public tender.

As an IT firm in the financial sector, IT and data security were especially important when choosing surround-view. In addition, the tool was required to be accepted by the work council so it could be approved for implementation. Next, to many other criteria, surround-view was able to fulfill both of these requirements. The clear and transparent management of access rights and surround-view’s focus on guaranteeing the anonymity of its users were of especially great importance to the work council.

surround-view is now used by more than 5,000 employees who actively participate in the establishment of common business culture as both a feedback provider and receiver.
