The customer is a mid-sized company headquartered in Germany with around 500 employees. It offers solutions and instruments for the healthcare sector. Next, to high-quality medical instruments, the company also offers services such as stationary and ambulatory treatment.
Human Resources and the Leadership of the company were looking for a feedback solution which supported the first steps of developing the leaders of the future. The tool also needed to be scalable to allow for a potential roll-out of the tool on all levels and in all departments of the firm. The customer uses 360° Feedback as well as the fully integrated “Pulse Check” module which allows for insightful employee surveys. Combining both modules makes it possible to put the results of 360° Feedback and of the general or selective employee surveys into relation. Thereby interesting relations between leadership methods and the overall opinion of employees on their company and jobs can be identified.
